Finally! It is the end of Spring and the strawberries are finally back in season. They have been worth the wait! With all this beautiful weather we have been having in London, they are deliciously sweet and juicy.
We have been going mad for the Asparagus over the last month. Delicious with a couple of poached eggs and local chilli pesto for breakfast. Yum!
TIP - buy whole free range chickens, take them home and cut into sections. A much more economical way to shop. Use the carcass and make a stock for soups, risotto, sauces and more.
